Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Perishable goods such as pet food, treats, and certain health products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

Opened pet food, treats, or supplements.
Used pet toys, bedding, or accessories.
Grooming products or hygiene-related items once opened.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mrandmrspetstore.lk or call us at +94772777462with your order number and details about the product. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In the case of defective items, Mr & Mrs Pet Store will cover return shipping costs.

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

6.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or item, you can do so by following the return process and specifying the desired exchange.

7.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
